TERMS & CONDITIONS for TOURS and EXPERIENCES
By rendering Napa Native's services with a credit card or deposit, you agree to the terms and conditions that follow.
Full or partial payment is taken at the time of booking.
In some cases, a credit card may be held on file as a deposit.
Upon completion of your tour, the final balance will be charged to the card on file.
Any additional fees like out of area pick up, special requests, or extra hours will be applied after the day of service to the card on file, unless paid in cash on the day of. This includes additional pickups for extra passengers.
We reserve the right to refuse service at any time if we feel our terms of service are being violated.
There is a 6 hour minimum on wine tours, and an automatic gratuity of 20% on all tours.
Any damage to the vehicle will result in a minimum cleaning/detailing fee of $500.
Lost revenue due to damage will be assessed if applicable.
It is our goal at Napa Native to curate a unique experience for all of our guests. In order to execute on that, extensive planning and coordinating with various wineries and services is required. For that reason, should you need to cancel, please be aware of our refund policy, as well as the policy of each winery planned for your visit.
Napa Native, LLC does not take ownership of your reservations and does not charge for concierge/travel planning services. It is your responsibility to handle disputes or discrepancies for reservations made on your behalf.
Napa Native, LLC will not be held liable for your reservations or accommodations.
We have a non-refundable deposit of $100 for wine tours. Should you need to cancel, we can use this toward a future booking. Cancellation within 72 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the minimum total, and any cancellations within 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the minimum. All other activities are refundable up to 30 days out.
A release of liability waiver must be signed before any outdoor activity.
One will be provided on the day of service.
Wine Tasting Fees, Special Requests and 3rd party vendors are your responsibility, and to be handled the day of service, or in advance. In some cases your credit card will be used to render such services, per your request.
Napa Native, LLC will not be held liable for cancellation fees from any wineries, 3rd party contracts or fee's associated with last minute changes.
An out of area pick up fee will be assessed for any pick up outside Napa & Sonoma.

Store products may be returned in new condition for a full refund if you are unhappy with your purchase.
Wine received in damaged condition or lost from improper shipping will be refunded or replaced.

By purchasing or securing a product or service from Napa Native, LLC you are agreeing to the terms below.
I / all members of my group agree to hold Napa Native, LLC and its Contractors,
harmless from any and all liability / claims for damages pertaining to alleged exposure, possible
exposure or contracting of the COVID-19 virus.
I / we hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless Napa Native, LLC, its Contractors and
their directors and officers, employees, successors, assigns, legal representatives, organizers, sponsors and
supervisors from any and all claims for damages pertaining to alleged exposure, possible exposure or
contracting of the COVID-19 virus.
I / we understand that Napa Native, LLC and its Contractors, takes all reasonable sanitary
procedures to prevent this from happening and am waiving my right to pursue any future liability action in this area.
I / all members of my group take full responsibility for my / our individual virus mitigation and prevention practices.
