Enjoy in house fine dining with exquisite dishes and local eats from our resident Chef. Each dish is seasonally chosen and carefully altered to meet any dietary preferences. We design each course with you in mind, and Wine parings are available for each course or with hors d'oeuvres as a stand alone option.
Typically, our chef prepares private meals at one of our VRBO properties, but we have venues, including wine caves, private restaurants and elegant homes. A personal sommelier will come and pour the wine for you, if you choose the wine option. The chef can be used in conjunction with many of our other tours and experiences. Salad: Fresh little gem lettuce with thyme roasted tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese and lemon, herb vinaigrette
Entree: Balsamic Roast Beef
Side: Sauteed wild mushrooms with garlic, wine reduction and porcini sea salt
Side: Creamy potato and celery root puree
Dessert: Chocolate pots de creme

Salad: Green salad with shaved cauliflower, roasted asparagus/cherry tomatoes and crispy prosciutto with a balsamic vinaigrette
Entree: Champagne chicken smothered in wild mushrooms and silky pan sauce
Side: Buttery egg noodles with garlic and herbs
Side: Haricot verts with shallots and herbs
Dessert: Strawberry rhubarb tart with homemade whipped cream

Entree: Seared pork tenderloin with apple cranberry mostarda
Side: Potatoes gratin with thyme and cream
Side: Glazed beets with goat cheese
Dessert: Olive oil cake with whipped cream and candied citrus
Each Menu includes two seasonal appetizers.
