The headwaters of the Napa River are forged at the base of Mount St. Helena, as it twists and turns through the heart of Napa Valley, navigating through vineyards, it finally drains into the Bay area. Locals have congregated at its shores for decades and now it has become the main feature in downtown.
Take the opportunity to experience the lush, forested corridors of the upper Napa River, the urban hub of downtown, and the tidal wetlands of the Carneros region. You can choose to ride a paddle board, or cruise in a kayak while you learn about the history of Napa, its wine region and of course, the river.
Each tour is paced to match the participants skill level, and is roughly 2.5 hours in duration. Tides play an integral part in the river's ecosystem, and we do our best to make sure it is always in your favor. The meeting location is downtown and will be provided upon completion of booking.
